Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Packaging team in Fall River, MA. The role supports production and packaging of preroll SKUs and may cross-train on other packaging lines, depending on demand.

You will perform daily setup, operation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and documentation of output, while monitoring equipment and inventory per Cresco Labs standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in environments with strict health and safety policies, preferably regulated producing human consumption products.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret PLC displays, machinery dials and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and ensure correct setup, operation, and sanitation.
• Perform GMP production facility duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete audits of WIP and FG prerolls for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and notify supervisor of consumables reorder needs.
