Job summary

Cresco Labs in Fall River, MA is seeking a Machine Operator for our Packaging team. You will support preroll SKUs, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you may cross-train on other packaging lines as demand requires, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3PM to 11:30PM. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field with strict health and safety policies; regulated products preferred.
• Strong task-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read PLC displays and operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery per specifications and efficiency goals.
• Monitor and document output, perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain GMP standards and ensure product quality.
• Assist with inventory controls and calibration checks.
• Cross-train on additional packaging lines as needed.
