Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Packaging team in Fall River, MA. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure quality, and assist with sanitation and documentation for preroll production.

The role requires adherence to GMP and health and safety standards, with cross-training on other lines based on demand. Monday through Friday schedule with evening shifts in a fast-paced facility.

• Experience in a health and safety conscious environment.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery in a GMP setting.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced production line.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery.
• Perform sanitation and routine cleaning of production equipment.
• Record output and maintain accurate inventory for prerolls.
• Identify and report machine discrepancies or quality issues.
• Support cross-training on additional packaging lines as needed.
