Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Packaging team in Fall River, MA. This role reports to the Processing Supervisor and is responsible for the production and packaging of Cresco Labs preroll SKUs, with cross-training on other packaging lines as needed.

You will prep, clean, operate, troubleshoot and document output, maintain inventory, and uphold GMP standards. The ideal candidate has experience in regulated environments, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand

Qualifications

• Experience in a health and safety conscious, regulated environment preferred.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task under strict policies.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and clean packaging machinery and provide sanitary cleanup.
• Monitor quality and adjust processes to meet specifications.
• Document output and manage inventory for packaging materials.
