Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator in Carol Stream, IL. The role involves set-ups, adjustments, and operation of packaging equipment to meet customer quality standards. You will document results and participate in GMP-compliant production while maintaining clean work areas.

Starting pay varies by level (Operator I/II) with comprehensive benefits and health coverage for full-time employees. Opportunity for overtime and cross-shift coverage is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle small tools
• Ability to follow safety policies
• English reading/writing preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs
• Operates equipment and adjusts to meet quality specs
• Inspects packages and documents results
• Stages materials for quick changeovers
• Completes required documentation
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
