Qualifications

• Leadership and teamwork aligned with company policies and values.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and automation equipment to identify root causes.
• Basic computer literacy to run and verify production data.
• Effective time management to complete changeovers and maintain flow.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over 3-5 packaging machines to ensure continuous production.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment following recipes and procedures.
• Monitor variables and perform quality tests and data collection.
• Communicate changes and plans to nearby team members and supervision.
• Follow a 2-2-3 shift schedule and be willing to learn and adapt.
