Shearer's Foods in Massillon, OH, is hiring an Automated Packaging Machine Operator for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM). You will set up and oversee the operation of the case erector and case sealer, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure boxes match product specifications.

You will follow GMP and SQF standards, perform routine quality checks, report faults, and keep equipment clean and stocked. The role pays $21.15–$24.15 per hour and includes equal opportunity employment.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Experience performing safety checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Case Packaging equipment is a plus.
• Experience cleaning equipment regularly.
• Strong aptitude in mechanical and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.
