Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operator to safely operate case forming and packaging equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will set up, run, and replenish fiber equipment, ensuring code accuracy and strict adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.

You will document production records, participate in change-overs and clean-up, and support health, safety, and quality guidelines. A high school diploma and strong attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, QAP, HACCP, SOP,5S, GMP, etc.).
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of case forming equipment.
• Set-up, operate and replenish fiber, fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.
• Follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Set-up case coding equipment and validate product case codes.
• Verify and record accurate product case quantities.
• Identify and communicate out-of-specification product conditions.
