Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an experienced production operator for a 24/7 dairy manufacturing facility. You will operate gable-top filling and packaging equipment, follow SOPs, and perform routine quality checks to ensure seal integrity and product quality.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, accuracy in records, and compliance with GMP and environmental controls. The position requires at least 2 years in food manufacturing, lift truck certification (or ability to obtain), and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred).
• Knowledge of SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, SOPs, GMPs; certifications are a plus.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate gable-top carton filling and packaging equipment.
• Follow SOPs in detail and maintain production records.
• Perform routine quality checks including dye inspections for leaks.
• Set up cartons and packaging coders per production run.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with health/safety procedures.
