Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Lowville Plant to manage and service the 8up/6up Cream Cheese packaging lines. You will repair, install, and tune equipment, ensuring quality output and reliable changeovers while supporting maintenance strategies.

You will work across lines as needed, maintain documentation in SAP, and help drive continuous improvement. The role requires teamwork, safety adherence, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic fields.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install packaging line equipment.
• Conduct repairs and checks to ensure quality output and proper changeovers.
• Operate equipment including cookers, fillers, packers, palletizers and conveyors.
• Maintain records in SAP and monitor OEE/GE standards.
• Collaborate with programmers, vendors, and service techs for maintenance.
