Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Electro-Line Technician at our Dover, DE plant. You will repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging-related equipment across all manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing maintenance, and helping drive productivity with maintenance teams. Shift options include 2nd and 3rd with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance/mechanics.
• Knowledge of maintenance principles and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.
• Able to read and perform basic math.
• Basic digital literacy.
• Strong teamwork and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot major packaging equipment problems quickly and accurately.
• Perform scheduled Preventive and Predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with packaging maintenance supervisors to improve productivity.
• Maintain adequate spare parts stock to support packaging equipment.
• Review machine performance, identify issues, and suggest or implement improvements.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns in a proactive and constructive manner.
