Job summary

Kraft Heinz Dover plant is seeking an Electro-Line Technician to repair, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment and systems. You will support all manufacturing areas at our Dover, DE facility.

The role requires proven experience in industrial maintenance, knowledge of electrical and instrumentation issues, and basic digital literacy. Shift options include 2nd (2:00pm–10:30pm) and 3rd (10:00pm–6:30am) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance and mechanics.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
• Ability to read electrical/instrumentation diagrams and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Quickly troubleshoot major packaging equipment problems.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Work with supervisors to implement improvements for productivity.
• Ensure spare parts stocks cover all packaging equipment.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns in a proficient and constructive manner.
