Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of packaging and oil processing machinery to meet production targets.
• Execute proactive preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on the floor to maintain operational flow.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections and sample collection to uphold product standards.
• Document production metrics and generate maintenance work orders within digital tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
