Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Technician to keep our production floor running smoothly. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on advanced automation and injection molding equipment.

Work involves preventative maintenance, equipment diagnostics, safety inspections, and collaboration with production teams to validate repairs before returning units to service. Prior experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with industrial maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting injection molding machines, electronics, and robotics.
Ability to read manuals, safety protocols, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
Execute preventative maintenance for robotics, material handling systems, and injection molding machinery.
Perform repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Conduct safety inspections and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
Document maintenance activities and repairs for history/compliance.
Collaborate with production teams to test and validate repairs before returning units to service.
Mentor junior technicians on repair and maintenance best practices.
Maintain building systems and facility controls for a safe manufacturing environment.
