Job summary

Guest Supply seeks a Maintenance Mechanic (Levels I & II) to follow daily assignments, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and install production-line equipment in a GMP environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school
• 5+ years of high-speed packaging line maintenance including plumbing and basic electrical
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general policies
• Ability to present information to management and inter-department staff

• Ability to read equipment manuals and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects
• Respond to repairs, adjustments, and issues on production lines; work on equipment relocation, installations and upgrades
• Complete work orders and log activities; disassemble/reassemble pistons during washouts
• Conduct monthly Line Preventive Maintenance and Deep Cleaning/Super Sanitizations
• Maintain shop area and inventory; request needed supplies
• Report safety issues and suggest improvements
• Participate in monthly safety training and inspections
