Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and technical documentation.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support press operators with coil changes, product handling, and machine setup to minimize production downtime.
• Execute assembly tasks according to technical specifications, ensuring all components meet rigorous quality standards.
• Perform material handling duties, including staging components, managing scrap removal, and maintaining organized work areas.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools to identify and report process abnormalities.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S methodologies and facility housekeeping protocols.
• Utilize manufacturing software systems to accurately document production data and follow standardized operating procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support team goals and assist in training peers on operational processes.
