L'Oréal USA, Inc invites qualified candidates for the Mechanic - Packaging Line role on our Florence, KY packaging team. The position emphasizes maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of packaging machinery, using data-driven TPM methods to reduce downtime.

You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to GMP while collaborating with operators and supervisors to implement effective line improvements and document all actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Basic understanding of electricity and motor controls.
• Experience with preventative maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience working on industrial packaging equipment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate equipment status and plans with supervisors and shifts, ensuring proper handoffs.
• Lead TPM initiatives and participate in line improvement teams.
• Maintain machine standards, safety and quality, and document procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment; interpret diagrams as needed.
• Organize and maintain technical documentation for assigned equipment.
