Job summary

L’Oréal Operations is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain and improve packaging machinery. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and implement TPM-driven improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting OR equivalent education/training/certification with minimum 1 year experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
• Basic understanding of electricity and motor controls
• Experience maintaining machine safety standards
• Experience with preventative maintenance

Responsibilities

• Communicate status of equipment and issues with supervisors and shifts
• Train others and coach TPM initiatives
• Lead line improvement efforts and implement improvements
• Use data to develop action plans addressing downtime
• Maintain machine standards and safety, quality, and documentation
