Job summary

L'Oréal in Florence, KY is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain, repair, and continuously improve packaging machinery on the production lines. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and lead TPM initiatives to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, or equivalent education/training plus 1+ year experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Experience on industrial machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of electricity and motor controls.
• Comfortable with hand tools, from a screwdriver to a multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment across packaging lines
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
• Lead TPM methodologies and line improvement teams
• Use data and root cause analysis to cut downtime
• Run preventive maintenance and return equipment to standard
• Communicate clearly across shifts, departments, and teams
