Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting or equivalent.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Understanding of machine safety standards.
• Experience maintaining and repairing packaging line equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging machinery.
• Lead TPM initiatives on lines and drive data-based improvements.
• Document and communicate equipment status and action plans to shifts and departments.
• Support line improvements using data and PDCA cycling.
