Job summary

Elevation Labs is seeking a machine operator to set up and run filling lines, ensuring correct dosage, labeling, and packaging per job specs. You will adjust machines, verify weights, and monitor throughput while guiding staff on the line to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include quickly changing over equipment between products, maintaining safety, and communicating with maintenance or shift leads on issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with pallet jacks, tape guns, tape machines, heat guns, labelers.
• Previous experience with liquid filling machines, cappers, conveyors, and lot coders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read production job specs and adjust machines to ensure correct product dosage.
• Set up, clean and quickly change over machinery for different products.
• Supervise line staff to meet throughput and quality requirements.
• Monitor machine operation and detect defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work area.
