Siemens Healthineers is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager for labeling and packaging programs in the Life Sciences space in the United States. You will drive end-to-end initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams globally, and applying Lean Sigma and PMP methodologies to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes leadership without direct reports, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable projects across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Life Sciences, Packaging and/or Labeling or related field.
• 8+ years leading large cross-functional improvement projects in life sciences.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10%–15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead labeling and packaging initiatives using lean sigma and PMP tools.
• Define project plans, budgets, ROI, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Develop dashboards and milestones for project progress.
• Coach COE teams on project delivery and lean improvements.
• Present status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
