Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in technical/QA/operations PM roles.
• Knowledge of medical device and IVD regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams from operations/quality view.
• Ability to influence internal/external groups and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for labeling projects aligned with goals.
• Prioritize day-to-day activities of the core team.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing and PMO.
• Identify risks and propose containment actions.
• Create and approve change-control packages in PLM systems.
• Coordinate labeling approvals across departments/sites.
• Lead and develop labeling specialists and production artists.
• Improve labeling workflow to boost efficiency and quality.
