Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Newark, DE, seeks a Senior COE Project Manager for Packaging & Labeling to drive labeling and packaging initiatives, define detailed project plans and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations. Strong Lean Sigma and PMP experience preferred.

You will oversee design, development and testing workflows for core labeling/packaging tools, coordinate with global stakeholders, and coach the COE team to achieve milestones and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Packaging and/or Labeling, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as project or program manager focused on continuous improvement.
• 5-8 years of experience in life sciences industry, packaging and/or labeling.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma preferred, not required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required.
• Willingness to travel 10% - 15%.

Responsibilities

• Drive labeling and packaging initiatives and technology implementations.
• Define, develop and maintain project plans, metrics and dashboards, including budgets and ROI/risk plans.
• Lead without direct reports as an SME, coaching the Packaging & Labeling organization.
• Develop high-functioning cross-functional project teams across matrixed groups.
• Lead design, development and testing workflows for labeling/packaging enhancement tools.
• Oversee lean sigma-driven projects and ensure all requirements are met.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align roles, milestones and progress.
