Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Labeling Specialist to lead labeling projects, manage change requests, and coordinate with manufacturing and regulatory teams to ensure compliant product labeling. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication, with experience in labeling software and cross-functional project leadership.

You will work across Regulatory, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain to finalize label content, bar code requirements, translations, and formatting while

Qualifications

• 1-3 years labeling experience, preferably in medical device
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Responsibilities

• Create/update product labeling using labeling software (Bartender, Loftware)
• Lead labeling projects including updates, transfers, and compliance
• Issue and manage labeling DCRs within eQMS Grand Avenue
• Coordinate label changes with manufacturing plants
• Manage labeling inventory and communicate project status
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to draft content and specifications
• Ensure labeling complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
