Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, chemical, industrial, or packaging engineering principles.
• Ability to assist with physical component testing, record data accurately, and analyze results.
• Understanding of sustainable packaging principles and recyclable/biobased materials.
• Structured approach to investigate issues and identify practical alternatives.
• Clear written and spoken communication across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in laboratory testing, filling trials, and component evaluations for new packaging.
• Support sustainability initiatives by evaluating biobased packaging materials and recyclables.
• Help resolve packaging defects and identify technical alternatives.
• Participate in value analysis and cost-optimisation projects.
• Prepare technical launch documentation and connect with Operations teams.
