A Day in the Life

As a Packaging Intern in Clark, New Jersey, you will support our technical team in testing and validating packaging solutions for upcoming product launches. Reporting to the Packaging team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Operations.

• Assist in laboratory testing, filling trials, and component evaluations for new packaging across our brand portfolio.
• Contribute to 'L'Oreal for the Future' sustainability milestones by evaluating biobased packaging materials and recyclable solutions alongside partners such as Albea.
• Support the team in resolving operational packaging defects and identifying viable technical alternatives.
• Participate in value analysis projects and cost-optimisation initiatives to enhance component efficiency.
• Help prepare technical launch documentation, connecting with teams across Operations' 7 metiers.
