Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in packaging development, cosmetics, or CPG.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and launch of primary and secondary packaging.
• Drive material innovation, sustainability, and brand aesthetics.
• Own packaging timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Source and manage packaging suppliers globally; negotiate costs.
• Coordinate testing, qualification, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
