Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of final manufactured commercial laundry products from concept through production validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive system validation through predictive methodologies in concept, design and validation stages.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; ensure cost, quality and performance targets are met.
• Lead design reviews and support DFMEA action plans and risk management.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and drive closure of actions.
