Dynamic Dies in Holland, OH is seeking a full-time Packaging & Graphics Customer Coordinator who can transform orders into on-shelf realities. You will be the everyday voice for a set of customers, entering orders, generating quotes, and responding to emails with a focus on service and accuracy.

Working hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime to meet customer needs. The company offers a competitive benefits package and a positive, family-owned environment that values its employees.

Qualifications

• 3 years Graphics/Packaging experience or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment or problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Strong computer skills—including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and generate quotes for assigned customers.
• Respond to customer emails and requests in a timely, helpful manner.
• Ensure all production information is complete and accurate for orders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer and production issues.
• Handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment and solve problems as they arise.
