Job summary

Dynamic Dies in Holland, OH is seeking a Packaging & Graphics Customer Coordinator to join our busy team. You will enter orders, generate quotes, and respond to customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service.

This role supports production by ensuring complete information, acting as the customer-and-production liaison, and solving issues in a fast-paced environment. The position follows a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3 years Graphics/Packaging or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Good mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and generate quotes for assigned customers
• Respond to customer emails and requests promptly and helpfully
• Ensure production information is complete and accurate
• Serve as the main contact for customer and production issues
• Solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
