Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years in cosmetic packaging development.
• Experience with PCR/PIR materials and sustainability.
• Knowledge of global supplier networks.
• Ability to manage packaging lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in packaging development for sustainability and compliance life cycle projects.
• Drive sustainable design and materials for packaging.
• Collaborate with creative, sourcing, and China teams for PCR/PIR deployment.
• Lead supplier negotiations to meet cost and margin goals.
• Oversee Declaration of Conformity implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate milestones and raise risks promptly.
