Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging Compliance and Sustainability to lead regulatory intelligence across the portfolio, including EU PPWR, recycled content, and labeling. The role coordinates with PROs, suppliers, and internal teams to translate requirements into clear guidelines and actions.

You will shape how compliance is integrated into packaging development, supplier expectations, and documentation, while advancing sustainability and environmental claims across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in packaging compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Sustainability, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of global packaging regulations (EPR, PPWR, recyclability, labeling, etc.).
• Experience implementing packaging compliance programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on global packaging regulatory requirements and regulatory risks.
• Translate regulations into actionable packaging requirements and deadlines.
• Develop packaging compliance policies, procedures, and training.
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed compliance in development, sourcing, and commercialization.
