You will create packaging concepts, perform containerization analysis, and coordinate with operations for storage and ergonomics.

The role involves leading process improvements, validating packages in pilot phases, and maintaining supplier packaging requirements across global teams. Domestic relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical thinking with root-cause analysis ability.
• Collaborative work style across cross-functional teams.
• CAD/engineering tools experience for design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Establish packaging specs at part-number level for new products and cost savings.
• Communicate packaging issues with facilities on receiving/warehousing.
• Perform cost analysis and recommend improvements.
• Lead Green Belt projects.
• Develop packaging solutions for protection, transport efficiency, and containment.
