You will work with suppliers to ensure the highest quality packaging at the lowest total enterprise cost, while protecting parts and enabling efficient logistics.

The role requires cost analysis, 3D packaging design, and coordination with operations. Travel up to 5% domestically, with onsite work in Decatur.

• Validate new packaging during pilot phase by auditing packaging specs.
• Coordinate with operations for storage and ergonomic considerations.
• Validate returnable quantities through simulations.
• Resolve safety/quality issues related to packaging.
• Develop and communicate supplier packaging requirements.
• Create packaging concepts using 3D modeling software.
