Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Packaging, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong packaging knowledge and ability to analyze data for cost savings.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish packaging specifications for new product introductions at the part-number level.
• Perform cost analysis on packaging options and recommend changes.
• Lead Green Belt projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Design or evaluate packaging to ensure safe, efficient customer delivery.
• Validate packaging during pilots by auditing against specifications.
• Coordinate with operations for storage and ergonomic considerations.
• Validate returnable quantities through simulations.
• Resolve safety/quality issues caused by packaging.
• Address issues reported by customers and process partners.
• Develop and maintain supplier packaging requirements.
• Create packaging concepts using 3D modeling software.
