Job summary

Brobston Group, based in New Jersey, seeks an Associate Manager, Packaging Development to lead gifting packaging from concept through execution with a focus on distinctive and sustainable solutions.

You will partner with Packaging Design, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to turn concepts into commercially viable packaging and manage vendor relationships across programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years packaging development experience.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD skills a plus.

Summary

The Associate Manager, Packaging Development supports innovative packaging development for gifting, limited-edition programs, and sampling initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality packaging from concept through execution, with an emphasis on distinctive and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD literacy is a plus.
