Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a strategic Packaging Designer to craft a premium unboxing experience for a suite of devices and tools used daily by millions. You will shape content strategy, extend brand systems, and design all packaging components with sustainability in mind.

The role is hybrid (3+ days onsite) based in Mountain View, CA, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging that aligns with brand intent and production feasibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in print and/or packaging design.
• Degree: BFA/BA/BS in graphic design or related.
• Experience with sustainable retail packaging and production.

Responsibilities

• Design the entire unboxing experience across outer packaging and inserts.
• Collaborate with client team and stakeholders to deliver packaging solutions.
• Maintain design files and coordinate with production for flawless mechanics.
