This role is focused on transforming into sophisticated brand experiences that feel distinctive, considered, and memorable. You will bring together design, materials, craftsmanship, and storytelling to create experiences that reflect the quality and desirability of luxury products. Working closely with creative, product, and production teams, you will oversee concepts from initial ideation through prototyping and production, ensuring that every detail—from material selection and finishes to structure and presentation—contributes to a cohesive and premium experience.

You will play a key role in developing physical brand experiences that elevate product perception, create emotional connections, and deliver a sense of discovery and exclusivity.

• Develop innovative and sophisticated packaging, gifting, and unboxing concepts rooted in luxury design principles and brand identity.
• Conceptualize bespoke PR mailers, luxury gifting experiences, and custom physical products that create meaningful brand moments.

• Stay informed on emerging materials, craftsmanship, packaging innovations, and experiential design.
• Understand the visual and tactile details that differentiate premium and luxury experiences from conventional consumer packaging.
• Bring a highly discerning eye to proportion, typography, color, materiality, finishes, and overall presentation.
