Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Three years packaging equipment operator experience preferred.
• Two years leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• OSHA knowledge required and English fluency in reading/writing.
• Strong time management and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging department staffing and shift scheduling.
• Provide training, onboarding, and address employee issues.
• Ensure daily production is accurate and completed on time.
• Verify product staging and perform operator duties as needed.
• Operate preprint management systems and inserter controls.
• Assist in packaging reports and data entry for management.
