Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Category & Sourcing Leader for the US packaging portfolio to develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier relationships, and drive cost savings. You will collaborate with Engineering, Plant Management, and Project Leaders to align sourcing with operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end portfolio ownership, global strategy development, and leading negotiations while ensuring compliance and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, and drive savings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the US packaging component portfolio.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies and supplier relations.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations (MSA) with risk management.
• Drive cost competitiveness, innovation, and resiliency across sites.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
