Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and operate basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Form the appropriate number of cases based on packaging demand.
• Insert bags into cases accurately and efficiently.
• Assist team members in the packaging area as needed.
• Support the packaging line during breaks and lunch periods.
• Read and understand measurements to ensure proper case setup.
• Maintain a clean, swept, and organized work area.
• Perform sanitation tasks during shutdowns or plant breakdowns.
• Follow GMPs and company safety policies.
• Report product quality or food safety concerns to QA.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Leader or Supervisor.
