Job summary

Bridor North America in Vineland, NJ is seeking a dependable Case Former to join our packaging team. You will form cases, insert bags, and support the packaging line to meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy, product quality, and food safety.

The role requires at least one year in a food manufacturing setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read measurements and operate a pallet jack.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Form the appropriate number of cases based on packaging demand.

• Maintain a clean, swept, and organized work area.
• Perform sanitation tasks during shutdowns or plant breakdowns.
• Follow Bridor's safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.
• Report any product quality or food safety concerns to the QA team immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Leader or Supervisor.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Case Former to join our team at our Vineland manufacturing facility. This position supports the packaging process by forming cases, inserting bags, and assisting the packaging line in meeting daily production needs.

The Case Former plays an important role in maintaining packaging accuracy, product quality, and food safety.

What You'll Be Doing

• Form the appropriate number of cases based on packaging demand

Working Conditions and Availability

• Availability to work day or night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts; weekend availability may be required
