Job summary

Bridor North America is seeking a Packaging Lead to support the safe, efficient operation of our bread packaging lines in Vineland, New Jersey. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate line start-ups, product changeovers, and supervise packaging staff to meet production goals while upholding quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years factory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC food safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up packaging lines and coordinate start-ups and changeovers.
• Monitor equipment and adjust for efficiency and minimal waste.
• Follow food safety procedures and monitor CCPs.
• Report quality concerns to QA and production supervisor.
• Track temperatures, packaging quality, and output.
• Ensure packaging materials and supplies are available.
• Assist with staffing at start-up and production.
• Train new employees on assigned tasks.
