Job summary

Bridor in Vineland, NJ is seeking a dependable Case Former to support the packaging process by forming cases and inserting bags. You will assist the packing line and help maintain product quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack safely.
• Ability to read and understand measurements.
• Basic technology skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRC food safety standards.
• Ability to locate and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and food safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Form the appropriate number of cases based on packaging demand.
• Insert bags into cases accurately and efficiently.
• Assist team members in the packaging area as needed.
• Support the packaging line during employee breaks and lunch periods.
• Read and understand measurements to ensure proper case setup.
• Maintain a clean, swept, and organized work area.
• Perform sanitation tasks during shutdowns or plant breakdowns.
• Follow Bridor's safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.
• Report any product quality or food safety concerns to the Quality Assurance team immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Leader or Supervisor.
