Bay State Milling Company in Clifton, NJ is seeking a packer to operate packaging lines including the packer, sewing machines, bag formers, palletizers, ink jet printers and label machines. You will ensure correct bag weights, labeling, and coding while maintaining a clean work area and complying with safety policies.

The role requires basic math, English communication, and the ability to learn the DBC computer system; candidates should be able to rotate shifts as needed and work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn the Company’s DBC computer system.
• Able to perform basic math and computer data entry.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate the packer to fill bags of product.
• Operate sewing machines to seal bags and formers.
• Operate palletizers, ink jet printers and label machines.
• Monitor weights, labeling, coding and volume of output.
• Keep work area neat and clean; perform other duties as assigned.
