Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate for an onsite first shift in Mahwah, NJ. The role includes cleaning equipment, autonomous maintenance, and ensuring GMP and SOP compliance. You will wear appropriate PPE and participate in 6S and quality initiatives.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and manufacturing experience. Lifting up to 40 lbs and long periods of standing are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain appropriate gowning requirements, such as hair nets, beard covers, and gloves.
• Follow proper procedures to ensure a controlled environment and product integrity.
• Perform Content to Box (CTB), labeling and shrink wrap.
• Maintain 6S, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Engage with continuous improvement activities, including problem identification, data collection, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to MDI, GMP, QMS, and SOP.

Onsite 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM - OT required

What you will do:

• Engage with continuous improvement activities, including problem identification, data collection, and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.

Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.

Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.

Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
