Stryker Corporation is seeking a dedicated assembler to join our manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. You will assemble components, sub-assemblies, and complex parts for medical devices, ensuring adherence to process instructions and quality standards.
You will prepare and process materials for multiple product lines, track documentation, and work to meet cycle times. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
Work Flexibility: Not available Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday, 3:30PM - 12AM or 3:45PM -12:15 AM, OT Saturdays 2-10:30PM as needed.
Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and complex components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products Prepare and process variety of medical components for assigned product lines Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required Uses a variety of tools that may include, but are not limited to: manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring and cutting devices Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
