Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Arlington, TN is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support order fulfillment. You will pick orders, print shipping labels, assemble boxes, and verify accuracy to ensure safe, timely delivery.

This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with overtime as needed; candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a team. Physical effort includes lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm), OT as needed

What you will do

• Pick orders based on the location and product requested.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to external customer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.
• Verifies accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types.
• Observes packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work overtime, and/or weekends when required.
• Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.
• Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate.

What you will need

• Preferred H.S Diploma/GED
• Manufacturing Experience or 1 year related work experience
• Experience in operating RF Scanners preferred.
• Prior experience in Shipping preferred.
• Experienced in order processing, shipping coordination preferred.

$20.75/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
