Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a hands-on assembler/tester for medical devices on an onsite schedule. You will follow detailed work instructions, assemble and test devices, and ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory guidelines.

You will identify issues, provide guidance to coworkers, maintain a cleanroom environment, and perform precision tasks (including microscope work) to help produce safe, high-quality devices that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience performing small-part assembly and working under a microscope.
  • Knowledge of basic measuring tools and techniques, including scales, rulers, and U.S. and metric measurements.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting as part of daily job responsibilities.
  • Willingness to complete required job-specific and company training.

Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule

Monday - Friday, 3:30pm- 12:00am, OT as needed by the business

What You Will Do

  • Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
